SS Beneficiaries to Receive New Debit Cards
Social Security beneficiaries who have no bank accounts will soon get the “Direct Express” cards to be used in withdrawing their monthly benefit payments, the Department of Treasury’s Financial Management Service (FMS) announced recently.
